Only by taking a new path can we arrive somewhere different. Are you struggling with friendships or relationships and feeling lonely? You may feel as though you’ve lost your direction, or even a sense of yourself, along the way. Together, we can gently explore the relational difficulties you’re experiencing and work towards finding a way forward—even if that feels hard to see right now. Reaching out for help can be difficult, but so can feeling lost and stuck. If you’re able to take the first step, we can take the next ones together.
My practice is grounded in a humanistic approach, based on the belief that therapy is a collaborative and equal process. I work relationally with each individual to make sense of their experiences. People seek psychotherapy for many reasons, including the breakdown of relationships or friendships, experiences of domestic abuse, addiction, or eating disorders, all of which can have a profound impact. I work from a trauma-informed relational framework, prioritising emotional safety while maintaining space for hope and, where appropriate, gentle challenge.
I work from therapy rooms in Brighton, Haywards Heath (see images below) and Hurstpierpoint. I also offer online appointments for your convenience. Further details are available on booking.
